Job Description
- Possess comprehensive office management experience or experience related to human resources management;
- Assist in the branch’s OA and administrative operations
- Be responsible for tasks related to human resources management and general office management;
- Be responsible for centralized procurement and safety operation of the branch.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business admin or other related fields
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Be diligent and meticulous in work, with strong writing and comprehensive documentation skills;
- Have good organizational, communication, and coordination skills;
- Strong communication and writing skills in both English and Mandarin to liaise with Head Office colleagues and local expats.
