Job Responsibilities
· Assist the sales team in managing customer inquiries, addressing their needs, and providing relevant information about products or services.
· Collaborate with the sales & Marketing team to manage leads, update databases, and track the progress of potential customers.
· Provide assistance during sales meetings, presentations, and events, ensuring all necessary materials and resources are available.
· Accurately enter and maintain various data reports required by the Managers
· Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
· Prepare, review, and edit documents, contracts, and reports as needed.
· Maintain confidentiality when handling sales and marketing information.
· Maintain marketing database
· Update monthly marketing activity reports
· Manage inventory of marketing materials and supplies
· Prepare sales and marketing presentation slides
· Recording meeting notes and disseminating to the relevant departments
· Source for vendors, liaise with vendors band follow through on execution
· Conduct research to identify new market opportunities.
· Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
· Any other ad-hoc duties as per assigned

Requirements :
· Min GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
· At least 2 years of relevant experience (institute) preferred.
· Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
· Good command in Chinese language to handle Chinese customers
· Good command in English Language
· Ability to work independently and as a part of team
