Job Description
- Work closely with Business Development Managers (BDMs) and Account Managers (AMs) to fulfill customers’ orders
- Provide sales support to BDMs and AMs such as order submission to partners, and any other sales-related support function
- Ensure sales fulfillment is completed timely and accurately
- Always aim to achieve error-free documentation for order processing
- Be the Point-of-contact with partners and customers on order fulfillment and daily operational matters
- Keep complete and proper records of order details in CRM system
- Respond to customer’s emails/ requests in a timely manner and ensure accuracy of information
Job Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in order fulfilment and sales support
- Strong follow-up and co-ordination skills
- Good interpersonal skills to work well with all levels
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Good team player with initiative
- Meticulous in numbers and analytical
- Proactive & self-motivated
- Able to work under stress
