Our client is an US MNC, one of the largest players in the life-science sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting for Site Service Engineer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located at Buona Vista – Walking distance from the MRT station.
Job Requirement:
- Perform verification, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PMs) in accordance with in-house Metrology SOPs.
- Maintain calibration and qualification tools, ensuring timely upkeep.
- Coordinate with and oversee External Third-Party (3P) vendors for calibration, PMs, qualifications, and repairs.
- Ensure External 3P vendors meet Customer off-site and on-site qualifications prior to service execution.
- Respond promptly to ad-hoc service requests from Laboratory End Users, adhering to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Recommend appropriate inventory levels for critical equipment parts and tools to minimize downtime and aid budget planning.
- Accurately document and manage service records, training, and asset information in the in-house Asset Management system.
- Facilitate clear communication and coordination among customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications and Criteria:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Science or Engineering, ideally in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
