- Promote and market the studio effectively.
- Ensure a safe, professional, and high-quality studio environment.
- Maintain a pleasant and professional work atmosphere.
- Provide top-tier Pilates instruction.
- Support fellow staff members as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Company Vision and Strategic Plan:Support and contribute to the company’s vision and strategic goals, both short-term and long-term.
- Studio Presentation:Maintain cleanliness and ensure all equipment is in excellent condition.
- Pilates Classes:Develop and expand Pilates classes, offering high-quality instruction to all clients.
Be available to clients for advice and assistance when not conducting 1-on-1 sessions or administrative tasks.
- Equipment Safety and Cleanliness:Clean and inspect studio equipment for safety after each class.
- Memberships:Review and promote memberships and related services monthly.
- Marketing:Actively participate in promoting the studio.
- Time Management:Demonstrate excellent time management and punctuality.
