- Plan and manage project schedule to ensure project completion according to schedule.
- Coordinate with consultants and ensure deliverables based on agreed program.
- Manage project to ensure budgets, quality standards, codes, contractual and safety requirements are met.
- Attend all site meetings.
- Good knowledge in project management methodology and cost control
- Coordinate between MEPF disciplines and all other trades to ensure works are carried out efficiently and within programme.
- Track all design change / change notice requests from the client and ensure information is logged and issued to the subcontractors.
- Supervise and report on the progress of works on site regularly to the PM.
- Monitor site health and safety and ensure subcontractors are maintaining safety to a high standard.
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering, Building Services, Construction, Project Management or related M&E disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant MEP experience
