RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Align new brand narrative to institutional strategy.
  • Plan and implement marketing communications while ensuring brand compliance and strengthening SMU brand reputation.
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal stakeholders and with external partners. Curate news and update corporate website periodically.
  • Manage corporate pitch kit which includes digital and non-digital collaterals.
  • Develop new brand assets for new units/initiatives.
  • Provide marketing and brand counsel through managing brand compliance requests.
  • Manage multiple agencies, creative and production partners, both local and overseas.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Brand Marketing, Journalism or a good Business or Social Science degree.
  • Familiarity with media channels, branding, and marketing communications.
  • At least 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, brand & marketing strategy.
  • Strategic thinker with good stakeholder and vendor management skills.
  • Good understanding of marketing technologies, social media trends and media landscape.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive, stay motivated and committed.
  • Proficient in writing, MS office and online office collaborative tools.
