Role: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Duration: Initial 9 months contract
Location: East, Singapore
1. Support contingent workforce transaction monitoring and lifecycle management
2. Implementation of the governance framework.
3. Process Improvement - Review and enhance current processes to support stakeholders to improve efficiency and journey
4. Support the development of Data Driven Operating Model for contingent workforce has the important role of attracting, retaining, and nurturing talent to ensure that continues to be a competitive employer in Asia. With a well-established team of HR partners, we support and deliver effective people-based solutions and services across businesses.
Requirements
1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in financial services industry; preferably in contingent workforce programme, project and management
2. Strong stakeholder management and oral/written communication skills with ability build relationships with leaders across the business.
3. Strong project management skills with a sense of urgency.
4. Intermediate to Expert level user of Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
