Role Overview:
As a Growth Product Manager, you will be responsible for shaping the company's strategic direction and executing high-impact initiatives. Your role involves sourcing and managing strategic partnerships, overseeing product strategy, conducting research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive the development and launch of new features. You will play a key role in defining the long-term vision and growth strategy for Company's flagship product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, conduct due diligence, and execute high-value strategic partnerships with AI start-ups building within and outside of Web3.
- Be across every domain of the company: product strategy, long-term vision, competition and technical analysis, and synthesize this into a narrative and growth strategy for our flagship product.
- Conduct academic and commercial research in the field of machine learning and large language model development to identify opportunities, gaps and areas of improvement for our flagship product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to develop and launch new features.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Information Systems or a related field.
- Deep understanding and experience in artificial intelligence, including machine learning frameworks and methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience in both technical and business domains, particularly in business strategy, strategic partnerships, and product development within the AI or Web3 industry.
- Strong business acumen, written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- Ability to conduct and interpret market and technical research to inform partnership decisions.
- Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and business strategy within the AI and Web3 ecosystems.

- Strong understanding of decentralised AI networks, DePINs, and open source artificial intelligence.
- Active participation in relevant AI and Web3 communities, with a strong professional network in these areas.
