Position Overview:
As the Chief Product Officer at Mixed Realms, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the quality and direction of our game development projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that all our games meet the highest standards of excellence, from initial concept to final release. Your expertise will guide our teams in creating engaging and polished gaming experiences that resonate with players globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with the CEO and Game Director to develop the product strategy and roadmap for all game development projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands.
- Assist in overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to production, launch, and post-launch support.
- Collaborate closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive product vision.
- Ensure that all products meet quality benchmarks and adhere to deadlines, budgets, and technical requirements.
- Monitor industry trends and player feedback to continuously refine and improve our games.
- Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and excellence within the product teams.
- Build and maintain communications with key stakeholders, including partners, publishers, and platform holders.

- Intermediate coding knowledge, with the ability to bridge the gap between management and development teams effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of the gaming industry, including current trends, technologies, and player preferences.
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating complex projects.
- Strong understanding of game design principles, user experience, and quality assurance processes.
