We are looking for a highly-motivated individual to join a dynamic team with 4 house brands (LoveAmme, Mimosa, NotTooBig, and Snapkis) as Marketing Executive/Senior Marketing Executive.
As our brands are established in Singapore, Malaysia, and Hong Kong, we are looking to elevate the brands' awareness and experience, as well as further expand our territories with greater emphasis on marketing efforts.
Branding management
- Conceptualization and creation of visual content intended for online, offline, and social media use whilst adhering to branding guidelines
- Create and develop a visual response to communication problems. A good understanding of hierarchy and grid structure, positive and negative space, typography, user-centric design, composition, and construction of web, social media & graphic layout.
- Manage and create brand assets (photos, videos, etc) through partnerships with photographers and videographers
- To implement and optimize online and offline marketing and communications across businesses through traditional and online media.
Social media management
- Manage Social Media (B2C and B2B) and other Online platforms
- Manage quarterly campaign planning and content across all digital marketing channels
- Messaging, copywriting, and targeting for social / web campaigns
- Competitor analysis to provide insight and opportunities for growth, researching new trends and strategies
- Oversee and liaise with third-party platform/agency providers
Partnerships
- Identifying and sourcing partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up, outbound cold calls, and partner visits
- Drive engagement and build strong relationships and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
Events management
Oversee relationships with external vendors for various events, including baby fairs and offline pop-ups
Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of services and products.
Maintain and track inventory of all event fixtures and equipment.
Ensure all items are accounted for before, during, and after events.
Develop and execute visual merchandising strategies for events in collaboration with external vendors and team members.
Design and create Point of Sale Materials (POSM) that align with event themes and branding
Ensure that visual displays and merchandising elements are effectively implemented and enhance event impact.
Others
- Communicate clearly and effectively and work closely with internal and external clients, product managers, etc. within and without the organization
- Self-starter and can operate within a fast-moving environment and deal with tight deadlines
