Perform lifecycle activities for Joiner, Mover, Leaver (JML), file, and user permissions, maintaining a consistent and efficient delivery approach.
Prioritize and handle Service Requests and inquiries, ensuring accurate and timely completion of tasks and responses.
Remediate incidents and escalate to relevant teams when necessary.
Ensure adherence to policies and standards while completing all tasks and duties.
