HR and Administrative Assistant Intern

Job Responsibilities:


· Assist with recruitment efforts, including job posting and communicating with candidates

· Support the onboarding process for new hires

· Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, responding to inquiries via business WhatsApp, and handling correspondence

· Provide administrative support to the COO in handling or coordinating with freelancers

· Support the operation department with administrative tasks as needed


Requirement:


· Proficiency in using WhatsApp for business communication.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer support.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
