Job Title: Office Administrator
Working Location: Bukit Batok (Office near BB swimming pool)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm)
Salary: $2,800 to $3,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare salary based on workers timecard in excel and compute
· Prepare project invoices and submit them to clients.
· Manage and maintain office records, files, and databases
· Handle incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls
· Perform another administrative task when required
Skills and qualifications requirements:
· High school or diploma equivalent in administration related field preferred
· Proficient in Microsoft Office. Word, excel etc
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
· Admin experience from Construction / marine / process / manufacturing Industries are welcome
