· Lead a team of Assembly Operators / Engineers
· Handle the cost efficiency, quality and safety throughout the manufacturing process
· Develop and maintain Manufacturing operations business plan to include all program requirements, labour hours, cycles, production costs, to ensure that all established costs, quality and delivery commitments are met
· Setting up production goals and meeting target dates, completing paperwork daily related to the assembly line, and communicating with other departments
· Identify problem solving and improvement projects, establish targets, organize resources, define technical requirements and develop plans to achieve costs and quality objective
· Review production and operating reports
· Generate weekly and monthly reports as requested
· Support customer audits as and when required
· Enhanced safety and quality programs to exceed company standards
