Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet targets
- Build and nurture client relationships
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities
- Represent the company at industry events
- Generate and analyze sales data
- Collaborate with marketing and product development
- Prospect, generate leads, and manage clients
- Develop and deliver effective sales presentations
- Stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the cosmetics, skincare, or hair/body care industry
- With knowledge in supermarket retail/FMCG industries ( Wastons, Guardian, Unity and etc)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and time management skills
- Passion for the beauty industry
