We are looking for a full-time Business Development & Marketing Manager to assist with extending our company’s global outreach to guide our clients from all walks of life and background on their educational growth journeys. You will be a key representative of our company, showcasing our educational programs to potential clients and helping potential students to make informed decisions towards their next step in life, creating a positive impact in their lives. This role offers plenty of exciting opportunities to be involved in ad hoc projects such as creating social media content with our media team, being involved with the planning of livestream programs, and cross border interactions and learning opportunities from our existing subsidiary team in China.
Job Scope:
- Become proficient in our educational program offerings to provide informative and accurate information to our potential clients
- Create and deliver presentations on our educational programmes to prospective clients
- Provide support and assistance to our management team to negotiate and close sales
- Maintain good relationship management with both current and prospective clients
- Assist with business development and marketing through planning and creating informative social media posts such as Tiktok videos or Xiao Hong Shu videos.
- Ability to explain our company’s offerings through video conferences with prospective associates and clients.
- Estimate and identity potential markets and competitive analysis to acquire and retain customers
- Plan and oversee activities such as market launches, advertising, events, and social media
- Build marketing programs and campaigns, and collaborate cross functionally with our China team
- Be our main point of liaison between private schools in Singapore and the company
- Reporting directly to our Managing Director
Job requirements:
- Permanent full-time position
- Singaporeans or PR only
- All racial demographics are welcomed
- Ability to speak and understand Mandarin to handle clients’ enquiries and showcase presentations in spoken Mandarin.
- Experience in the Educational Consultancy sector will be a plus
- Familiar with Singapore’s educational system and processes such as O levels and A levels
- Experience with Marketing campaigns, events, Social Media content creation will be a plus
- Minimum Diploma in any relevant fields related to Education, Business, or Marketing.
- Ability to use Microsoft Excel, words, and powerpoint.
Schedule:
- Mondays to Fridays
- Flexible start and end time amounting to roughly 40hours of work a week.
