About the role
We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Retail Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will promote our brand and products in retail stores. Your main tasks will include creating attractive displays and arranging products to boost sales and customer interest.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Create eye-catching displays that showcase our products attractively and align with brand guidelines.
- Arrange products on shelves and racks for optimal visibility and accessibility, regularly updating displays to keep the shopping environment appealing.
- Monitor stock levels, work with the inventory team to ensure product availability, and report any stock shortages or excesses to management.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and improve product placement and promotions.
- Ensure all promotional materials are properly displayed and clearly communicate key messages.
- Build strong relationships with store managers and staff, gathering feedback on product performance and sales.
- Ensure compliance with retail store policies and procedures, including pricing, signage, and display guidelines.
- Record merchandisers' activities in the merchandising app.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by the company.
What You'll Need:
- Basic knowledge of sales analysis and inventory management.
- Customer-oriented with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Physical stamina to lift and move product displays when necessary.
- Familiarity with retail software and POS systems is advantageous.
