Our client is a leading international engineering, design and advisory company that brings vital engineering experience, technical capabilities, and design expertise to an extensive range of markets.
Currently, they are looking for a Building Tendering & Technical Associate/Director(PE Civil)
Responsibilities
- Development and maintenance of the client plan
- Responsible for achievement of revenue and relevant utilisation targets
- Involving with tenders in conjunction with Business Development (bid planning, facilitation, costing, writing, technical inputs, and signoff)
- Manage project profitability and financial contribution for allocated projects
- Accountable for effective closeout of projects and debrief on all projects with the client
Requirements
- Master/Degree in Civil / Structural with PE (Civil / Structural) registration with Professional Engineers Board in Singapore
- Min 10 years of experience in relevant field
- Able to tender / business development for building project
- Experienced in the delivery of major and/or complex design projects
