Senior Content Marketing Executive (Social Media)

We are seeking a talented content producer & writer to join the marketing & communications team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Management: Create and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Content Calendar: Plan social media content calendar and manage day-to-day postings to ensure consistent and timely delivery of marketing messages, integrating campaign planning elements for strategic content distribution.
  • Content Creation: Develop and design high-quality, engaging visual content (photography, and short-form videos) including copywriting for various channels such as Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Paid Media: Manage and optimise paid marketing campaigns on digital ad platforms like META, Google, TikTok, and other mobile ad networks.
  • Community Engagement & Listening: Be the first point of contact for social media profiles and online communities including media and influencers.
  • Research and Monitoring: Conduct research to generate ideas and conceptualise creative content for various target audiences across platforms and monitor social media trends as well as the competitive landscape to proactively share learnings and best practices.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyse the performance of digital marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies and campaign optimizations.

Requirements:

  • 2 – 4 years of solid experience in social media marketing or related fields.
  • 1 – 2 years of hands-on experience in setting up and managing paid advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Google and other ad networks.
  • Highly skilled and proficient in photo & video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, CapCut and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in in using marketing analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to measure campaign performance.
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous learning; using data analysis to optimise campaign and digital performances, A/B testing, and target audiences to optimise key metrics.
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written communication
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy work environment
