As a Level 2 IT Support, you will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to our internal teams and clients. You will play a critical role in ensuring that our IT systems and networks run smoothly, resolving complex issues, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our IT operations.

We will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore and do not require sponsorship of a work visa.


Position Overview:

Location: Jurong East, Walking Distance from MRT Station

Contract Duration: 1 Year

Salary Range: SGD 3,500 - SGD 4,500 per month


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide Level 2 support for hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, including system crashes, network failures, and software malfunctions.
  • Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.
  • Assist with the deployment, configuration, and management of servers, workstations, and network devices.
  • Document and update technical procedures, knowledge base articles, and incident reports.
  • Participate in IT projects, such as system upgrades, migrations, and new technology implementations.
  • Provide training and guidance to end-users to enhance their technical skills and reduce support requests.
  • Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring timely and effective communication with users and stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Level 2 support.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Ubuntu operating systems, network protocols, and hardware components.
  • Experience with Fortinet firewall, VLan network management, Veeam backup and network management tools.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g. VMware).
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
