Location: CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls’ School (Primary Section), 501, Ang Mo Kio Street 13, Singapore 569405
Contract Period: 1st January 2025 to 31st December 2025
Working Hours:
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm (inclusive of 0.5-hour lunch break)
- Fridays: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm (inclusive of 0.5-hour lunch break)
- Off Days: Saturdays, Sundays, and gazetted public holidays
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management:
- Assist the Operations Manager in opening and closing classrooms and learning resource rooms.
- Perform routine checks of teaching and learning facilities, including classrooms, resource rooms, and toilets, to ensure they are in good condition.
- Report any unserviceable equipment or fixtures to the Operations Manager for immediate attention.
- Support Services:
- Accompany Ministry of Education (MOE) term contractors (e.g., pest control, electricians, plumbers) during inspections, maintenance, and repair works to ensure compliance and quality.
- Provide feedback on the quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
- Assist in setting up logistics and providing support for school events and functions.
- Traffic Management:
- Perform traffic warden duties as required to ensure the safety and smooth flow of traffic within the school premises during peak hours.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Language Skills: Able to understand simple English.
- Physical Fitness: Must be strong and healthy to carry out physical tasks.
- Experience: No prior experience is required as on-the-job training (OJT) will be provided.
