Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR and Admin professional to join our team on a 6-month contract for maternity cover. The role involves managing the full HR functions and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations during the maternity leave period. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

· Manage recruitment process, including screening resume, conducting preliminary interview and interview arrangement for APAC.

· Prepare employment contracts and letters of appointment, confirmation and promotion.

· Assist in CPF submission and preparation of tax submission and clearance

· Prepare employment letter, warning letter, employment contracts, termination letters etc.

· Maintain employee database and update employee leave and entitlement records

· Manage and resolve employee relations issues.

· Perform payroll function and claims processing.

· Handle office administration, office stationery and organize company events.

· Ensure timely submissions in all government and related claims e.g. CPF, Childcare Leave, Maternity/Paternity Leave, NS make-up claims, income tax (IR8A & IR21) matters, etc.

· Engage and manage third-party vendors and HR systems, ensuring seamless integration, service delivery, and compliance with company policies.

· Support the HR team with various projects and tasks as needed.

· Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

· Assist in other duties as assigned.



Requirements:

· Min Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.

· Have at least 3 years of experience in an HR role and HR administration and 1 year of payroll experience.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

· Fluency in English and proficiency in Mandarin is required for Chinese-speaking associates.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office/ WPS (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

· Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

· High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Experience with HR software using Talenox will be an advantage.
