Responsibilities:
- Full scope of order processing: enquires/quotation, order/invoice
- Negotiate prices & order follow up with suppliers
- Liaise closely with warehouse, suppliers to ensure on-time delivery
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Support Sales Team for data entry, document processing
Requirements:
- O’ level/Diploma
- good F&B / hotel catering / provision background
- Relevant experience in ship chandler industry advantageous
- Good spoken and written English
- Excellent MS Office skills (Excel)
- Navision knowledge advantageous
- Able to work under constant deadline pressure
- Team player with good interpersonal skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
