You are responsible for designing and implementing recruitment plans for the organization. You should confer with management to assess, and identify staffing needs. You shall execute recruitment plans and source the most suitable candidates to fill positions.


Your primary focus should be on acquiring talented candidates who will value add to the organization. You should have a network of contacts in the industry and understand how to use social media to attract suitable candidates for current and future positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with HODs to design & draft job descriptions and to identify current & future hiring needs
  • Post and monitor the performance of recruitment advertisements
  • Screening of applications and conducting the first round of interviews before shortlisting for relevant HODs to conduct a second round of interviews.
  • Preparing job offers to selected candidates
  • Handling of the full employee life cycle; that is, employee attraction, recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and separation.
  • Efficiently manage the administration and record of employee p-files
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage employee relations issues and conduct investigations as necessary.
  • Other HR-related duties may be assigned from time to time.

Qualifications:

  • a certificate in Human Resource Management (Employment & Recruitment) or related field.
  • at least 2 years of work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar capacity
  • experience in the F&B industry is a MUST
  • knowledge of Info-tech is a MUST
  • knowledge of KNOW highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
