Our client, a distinguished healthcare services provider, seeks a dynamic Senior Operations Manager to spearhead the strategic growth and operational excellence of their Singapore clinical treatment centre network. This role demands a seasoned leader with a proven track record in driving financial performance, fostering business development, and ensuring seamless centre operations.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to optimize clinic operations, enhance patient experience, and drive sustainable growth.
- Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to a diverse team of healthcare professionals, empowering them to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Oversee the financial health of the treatment centre network, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
- Identify and capitalize on business development opportunities to expand the group's service offerings and market share.
- Ensure adherence to stringent regulatory and compliance standards, mitigating risks and safeguarding patient safety.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture focused on continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.
- Collaborate closely with medical directors to align operational goals with treatment centre priorities and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Leverage data analytics to measure performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in healthcare operations, preferably within a clinic or hospital setting.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire large, multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong financial acumen with a proven track record in managing budgets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining a strong focus on patient care.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
