Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Clinic Assistant and
Operations Executive located in Singapore with a 6 days work-week (including Saturday)
This role will support our doctors in managing clinic operations including drugs inventory management, packing and dispatching medicine to deliver to patients, and ensuring general hygiene and operability of the clinic's physical premises according to protocols and standard operating procedures.
Additionally, this role will also manage the daily customer support and experience, including responding to online and social media enquiries on drugs and registrations, follow-up on delivery status of medicine and other customer related initiatives.
The outcome is a professional, consistent level of service to our users and patients.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Clinic and/or hospital operations experience a bonus
- Prior education on medicine and general health modules a bonus
- Proficiency in English, written and spoken
- Proficiency in using digital information systems
- Able to converse in Singapore's multiple languages
- Able to work weekends, 1/2 day each on Saturday and Sunday
