Job Responsibilities

· Allocation of daily job list, create new order. number and order parts for Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) vehicles

· Creating of purchasing order (PO) to supplier

· Upload vehicles information into system, assign and tag in vehicle unit (IU) number

· Upload registration number of franchises vehicles

· Review delivery date, invoice date and issue exit pass/ flashpay card/ SD card for each new vehicle delivery as per checklist sheet

· Match and input delivery order (DO) into system

· Generate monthly invoicing report for registered vehicles

· Support ah-hoc reports and tasks assign by PDI Manager


Job requirements

· Education in Business relevant discipline will be plus

· Pro in MS Office Tools (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel and Word)

· Willing to learn new system jobs order, creation, delivery order and etc

· Comfortable with routine administrative tasks, meticulous

· Take ownership to follow through the process to ensure completion of delivery.

· Good in coordination and organizational skills, team player and work without supervision
