Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Community Relations individual to join our team. The individual will gain hands-on experience in fundraising and marketing. There will be opportunities to assist in developing and executing strategies to enhance our community presence, support fundraising efforts, and promote our initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing and marketing fundraising campaigns and events.
- Support the creation of fundraising materials, such as brochures, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Support donor outreach and relationship management.
- Help prepare and send donor communications, including thank-you letters, newsletters, and campaign updates.
- Assist the team in managing donor relations, including responding to inquiries and providing information about donation options.
- Collaborate with the team to develop new and innovative fundraising strategies.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, organising files, and other tasks as needed.
- Research potential donors, sponsors, and grant opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a diploma/degree programme in Business, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- Strong interest in community engagement, fundraising, and marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in fundraising, marketing, or community relations is a plus.

- Location of workplace: Bukit Batok (10minutes walk away from MRT station)
- 6 months contract (any possibility of conversion to a permanent role will be dependent on the individual’s performance and operation's needs)
