Job Responsibilities:
- Checking and preparation of refund/rebate documents according to SOP.
- Report on discrepancy and issues in the documentations.
- Provide timely reports to the team, ensuring data consistency.
- Work closely with internal teams on credit documentation matters.
- Providing customer support and foster good working relationship with internal team and external customers.
- Other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma & above with at least 1 year of working experience in similar capacity.
- Proficient in advanced Excel skills (V-lookups and Pivot tables).
- Organized, meticulous, team player and self-motivated.
- Number-sensitive and enjoy working with numbers.
- Good communication skills.
- Customer Service oriented with a pleasant personality.
