Job Description:
- Provide excellent service experience to all customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and other beverages, along with pastries, and cakes
- Prepare coffee and other beverage as per recipes and SOP
- Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sanitation regulations
- Maintain and improve the appearance of the store and coffee bar
- Enhance coffee shop reputation taking ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments
- Handle cashiering duties and ordering systems
- Respond to customer queries and questions, resolving issues where possible and referring customers to managers as needed
- Keep the outlets (i.e food preparation areas, washrooms, and customer areas) always clean and organized
- Replenish supplies, such as coffee bean supplies, coffee brewing equipment, napkins, condiments, and cleaning supplies, and notify management when inventory levels begin to run low
- Serve food and beverages to customers
- Wash beverages cups and glasses
- Assist any adhoc duties assigned by Supervisors/Managers
Job Requirement:
- Previous work experience as a Barista or Waiter/Waitress preferred
- Hands-on experience with brewing equipment
- Positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and polite
- Team player & Customer-centric
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Team player
- Able to perform Flexi shift, and work on weekends and public holidays
- At least 1 year of relevant experience
- 6 days work week
