HR Executive

Job Summary:The HR Executive is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role involves managing activities such as job design, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
    Conduct interviews, selection processes, and coordinate hiring efforts.
    Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth integration into the company.
  2. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support.
    Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts promptly.
  3. Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring they are fair and consistent.
    Provide support and guidance to managers on performance improvement plans.
    Develop and implement performance management systems.
  4. Training and Development: Identify training needs and create or coordinate training programs.
    Support career development and succession planning efforts.
    Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
  5. Compensation and Benefits:Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance.
    Conduct salary surveys and job evaluations to determine appropriate pay scales.
    Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs.
  6. Compliance and Policy Development:Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
    Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures.
    Conduct regular audits of HR practices and records.
  7. HR Strategy and Planning:Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
    Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to support decision-making.
    Manage HR projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required. Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or other HR position.
  • Skills:Strong knowledge of HR practices and principles.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
    Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications.
    Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
