Responsibilities:
- You will design a transformative platform that enhances collaboration and streamlines deal flow.

- Oversee project progress, risks, and issues while facilitating effective communication.
- Lead agile ceremonies, manage product backlogs, and ensure team alignment with agile principles.

Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in managing large-scale digital transformation projects or serving as a Lead Software Engineer on major projects.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and software engineering best practices.
- Basic understanding of architecture frameworks.
- Insight into corporate and investment banking, particularly in financing.
- Strong grasp of SDLC.
- Analytical problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Innovative and proactive mindset with strong team collaboration.
- Hands-on approach with excellent communication skills in English.
