Job Description
- Deliver care and supervision based on each resident's personalized care plan.
- Offer health and medical support to residents.
- Oversee residents' behaviour using the authorized reward and discipline system.
- Calm and reduce tensions when residents become dysregulated.
- Handle residents' complaints and grievances.
- Lead social, recreational, and educational activities, including facilitating residential groups.
- Monitor and enforce residents' adherence to behaviour expectations.
- Address crisis situations and any unexpected or challenging events.
- Conduct daily handover to staff during shift transitions
Requirements
• Min GCE ‘N’ level, or equivalent qualification
• With experience in working with youth at-risk
• With basic processing and counselling skills
• With knowledge of common issues and disorders that appears in trauma and abuse
