Responsibilities
- Work Pass Management: Oversee the entire work pass lifecycle, including application, renewal, and cancellation. Ensure timely updates to the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) on work pass-related information.
- Talent Acquisition: Post and manage job advertisements on internal and external platforms.
- Financial Management: Process and reconcile monthly MOM work pass bills, ensuring accurate cost allocation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes and implement solutions to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the People Services Division.
Requirements
- Diploma in Human Resource or Business-related discipline
- Entry level are welcomed to apply
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in HR/ administrative work
