· Min 2-3 years of marketing sponsorship/ partnership/ project management experience

Job Responsibilities:
· Project Management: Structure and scale the sponsorship management process, ensuring efficient operations.
· Tool Management: Build and manage internal tools such as Airtable, ERC, Ziflow, and Zendesk to streamline workflows.
· Events Management: Develop and implement standardized processes across various summits/ events across APAC region.
· Financial Coordination: Oversee sponsorship payments, invoicing, and coordination with relevant departments.
· Content Management: Develop sponsorship enablement materials, kickoff decks, and content review guidelines.
· Communication and Collaboration: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and successful sponsorships.
· Data Analysis and Reporting: Prepare post-event reports and track key performance indicators.
Job Requirements:
Min Diploma in Marketing or any recognized accounting qualifications
Min 2-3 years of experience in accounting/ finance function within Tech industry
Experience in Tech MNC companies is highly preferred
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Good interpersonal skills in stakeholders management
