- Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
- Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
- Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
- Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
- Monitor social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
- Arrange meeting with corporate companies
- Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materialsOrganise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Achieve the target set by the manager
- Increase client database
- Support course in-charges in confirming the classes
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internaland external by conducting feedback survey
