Key Responsibilities
- Co-ordinate, liaise and curate content with owners, vendors, and internal/external stakeholders for communications artefacts production.
- Source and facilitate with procurement of services for communication & engagements related tasks and deliverables, as required.
- Event planning and management.
- Uploading and posting on intranet portals, platforms, and websites – including design, layout, copywriting and creation of pages/sites.
- Manage intranet content updates and refreshes as and when required.
- Respond to user comments and queries in a timely and appropriate manner in consultation with the project team(s). Monitor and moderate forum content for inappropriate content, in line with terms of use.
- Monitor, maintain and ensure the functionality and usability of the intranet portals/platforms/websites.
- Manage access rights and permissions for the intranet portals/platforms/websites.
- Propose and manage enhancements to intranet portals/platforms/websites to improve functionality and usability.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Mass Communication/Marketing or any related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications or community manager.
- Knowledge of relevant coding languages (JavaScript, HTML)/ Adobe Design Suite would be advantageous
