Job Responsibilities:
· Providing support to partners and lawyers
· Expense management and coordinating of travel arrangements, booking of flights and hotels
· Legal documentation support and assist with onboarding requests
· Invoice checking and support with billing issues
· Managing of calendars and minutes taking
· Proofreading and typing of correspondence
· Assist with presentation slides, compliance documents and daily/monthly reports
· Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned
Job Requirements
· Minimum Degree in a related discipline
· Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
· Able to start immediately or within short notice
