Abbott Molecular is a leader in molecular diagnostics and the analysis of DNA, RNA, and proteins at the molecular level.
Primary Function:
- Manage APAC commercial reporting/KPI dashboards and local country insights
- Provide business recommendations & insights through analysis of sales data, test volume, sales CRM and data insights platforms
- Manage the Electronic Form and Electronic Approval for updated or new process and policies
Major Responsibilities:
Business Analytics: APAC Dashboard and Country Insights Management
- Review and update on Abbott sales data analysis, test volume analysis and Aspen/Domo analysis to provide timely business recommendations and insights to support decision-making
- Enhance design and delivery of insights effectively and efficiently
- Consolidate & manage reporting slides/files from various commercial functions and summarize action items for APAC and Country dashboards
- Update and manage Microsoft Loops to circulate and follow-up the action items.
- Create and/or update APAC/Global materials such as MMP, Staff meetings, etc. when required
Business Analytics: Aspen and Domo
- Serve as main point of contact for systems management such as Aspen/Domo to ensure user management & requests
- Conduct training for Domo reports to broader team members
- Drive feedback & improvements on Aspen/Domo platforms, working closely with Global teams
- Create and provide analysis reports relating to Aspen/Domo where required
Electronic Form and Electronic Approval
- Create and/or update E-form and E-approval through SharePoint & Power Automate for new or updated process & policies
- Follow-up of requests (approval status / resend the approval request / backend flow check etc.)
- Fix the backend errors of E-form and E-approval where required
- Support ad-hoc requests from Commercial Excellence Director and APAC Commercial Operations and Analytics Manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin/Statistics /Mathematics/Economics/Data Analytics/Finance or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of experience in business analytics/business intelligence roles preferred
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcomed to apply as well
- Strong technical skills in basic coding language such as Python/Java/SQL/C/C++; Power Automate; Advanced Excel; Power BI required
- Strong analytics & communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel/Word/PPT/Access)
- Exposure to ERP/SAP/Tableau/Domo platforms preferred
