Our client is a homegrown hospitality group in Singapore and they are looking to recruit a high calibre HR Director to join the team.
This is a senior HR Lead role and a key member of the business senior leadership team. In doing so, the role will lead a small team and be responsible to drive and deliver alignment of business objectives and HR Work Plans/key initiatives, lead and manage key HR programmes and policies which includes manpower planning, talent acquisition, performance management process, employee engagement, talent identification, succession planning and performance coaching to key business leaders.
The successful candidate will be degree educated with strong communication skills, proactive and collaborative who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, a strong track record working in start up environment with a focus in hospitality/F&B industry, with a minimum of 10 years of HR experience.
