Key Responsibilities:


Sales Achievement:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales personnel to meet sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote and sell excess inventory quickly.
  • Improve sales process and achieve operation efficiency.
  • To create more sales channels to expand the customer base.

Marketing Strageties:

  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase awareness and attract customers to drive sales and revenue.
  • Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and advertising efforts.
  • Manage marketing budget and resources effectively.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
  • Satisfy customer's needs and retain customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and form partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.

Inventory Management:

  • Collaborate with the operations team to manage inventory levels and optimise stock turnover.
  • Create and implement production and inventory plan so as to reduce inventory level.
  • Develop and implement strategies to prevent excess stock.

Performance Metrics and Outcomes:

  • Set, monitor, and review performance metrics for sales and marketing activities.
  • Continuously keep updated with latest market trends and gather customer feedback so as to enhance marketing strategies.

Team Management:

  • Develop, lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales and marketing team.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Good presentation skill
  • Proven experience in sales and marketing management, preferably in the farming, FMCG, F&B, fresh produce or related industry.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Strong customer service and management skills.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Must be able to set target and design performance management metrics for staff.
  • Inventory management.
  • Be able to manage Marketing related budget.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship & partnershop-building skills.
  • Knowledge of the local and regional fresh produce market will be advantage.
  • Must possess experience in e-commerce and digital marketing strategies.
  • Capability of developing and implementing strategic and operational plans.
  • Be able to handle stress and work in fast-paced environments.
  • Good computer skill with Microsoft office, e.g., Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Multi-lingual will be an advantage this position will need to deal with various type of stakeholders.
