Job Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Attend and maintain strong relationships with walk-in clients while actively communication to outcome new business opportunities.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
• Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients.
• Sales Process Management: Handle inquiries, process orders, align with branch manager to provide sales.
• Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
• Reporting: Track and report on sales performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to the sales management team.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and management, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and client management.

Working Hours:

Monday - Saturday

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Strong communication ability, 3 years and above indoor sales experience
• Skills: Basic computer skill (excel, word and Microsoft), Able to speak English, BM and Chinese is an extra advantage. Able to work, Goal oriented and good interpersonal.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
