We are assisting our client, an established Hospital Group, to search for an experienced IT Service Engineer (Imaging) for the team.
You are responsible for the timely and accurate deployment of information technology tools in the Radiology / Imaging Group and coordinate project activities. This includes both generic and radiology-specific Information Technology hardware and software.
Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of network diagrams and infrastructure of radiology-specific information technology systems and infrastructure.
- Maintain updated asset list with corresponding port and IP address information
- Ensure optimal operations
- Maintain good working relations with relevant vendors to ensure maximum uptime of information technology systems
- Participate in the evaluation of radiology-specific information technology software and hardware
- To be the resource person for Radiology specific information technology tools
- Trains users in the application of radiology-specific information technology tools
- Ensure that IT systems are compliant with corporate cybersecurity policies and recommendations
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors on project activities and other assignments as and when required
Requirements
- Degree in Information technology or equivalent
- Update to date knowledge in radiology-specific information technology
- At least 3 years of relevant post-qualification experience
