- 3+ years of HR management experience
- Knowledge of Singapore labor laws and payroll
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manager recruitment, compensation, and employee relations
- Bachelor degree in HR or related field preferred
- Manage recruitment, training, compensation, and performance evaluations
- Oversee payroll processing
- Develop and enforce HR policies
