MARKETING AND SALES EXECUTIVE (FOOD & BEVERAGE SERVICES)

1. Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and markets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to adjust strategies accordingly.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Handle client inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and identify potential growth opportunities.

3. Marketing Campaigns

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote F&B products.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop promotional materials, advertisements, and digital content.
  • Manage social media platforms and online presence to enhance brand visibility.

4. Product Development & Launch

  • Work closely with the product development team to introduce new products to the market.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer needs and preferences.
  • Coordinate product launches, including promotional activities and events.

5. Sales Forecasting & Reporting

  • Prepare and present sales forecasts and reports to management.
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and provide insights for adjustments.

6. Budget Management

  • Manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Allocate funds for advertising, promotions, and other marketing activities.

7. Event Planning & Management

  • Organize and participate in F&B trade shows, exhibitions, and events.
  • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution.

8. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to align goals and strategies.
  • Provide training and support to junior sales and marketing staff.

9. Customer Feedback & Market Research

  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer behavior.

10. Brand Management

  • Develop and maintain a strong brand image for the company.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and platforms.
