Human Resource & Administration Specialist
Boltray Games is a rapidly developing start-up company. This role needs to provide comprehensive human resource and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
1.Independently be responsible for job recruitment;
2.Be fully responsible for employee on-boarding and resignation processes, including contract signing, employee attendance, employee visa processing and other employee relations work;
3.Participate in C&B work, such as insurance, benefit plans, etc.;
4.Perform comprehensive office administrative services, including but not limited to visitor reception, administrative procurement, event planning, office environment management, various booking matters, etc.;
5.Provide the business team with other support within capabilities to help the business succeed.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree, at least 2 years of experience in human resource and administration;
2.Very familiar with Singapore labor laws and HR regulations;
3.Do not set limits for yourself, have an entrepreneurial spirit, be proactive and have a strong sense of responsibility;
4.Have team spirit and good communication skills.
