We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect on a contract basis with experience in Salesforce case management and MuleSoft integration. In this role, you will design and oversee the architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration with SaaS applications and efficient case management processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Architecture: Design and implement robust Salesforce architectures, focusing on case management systems and MuleSoft integrations.
- Integration Design: Develop and execute integration strategies for connecting Salesforce with various SaaS applications using MuleSoft.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with best practices and architectural standards.
- Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Performance Optimization: Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of Salesforce and integrated systems.
- Documentation & Training: Create comprehensive documentation and provide training to support the deployment and maintenance of Salesforce solutions.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Extensive experience with Salesforce architecture and case management, combined with MuleSoft integration expertise.
- Skills: Proficiency in designing scalable Salesforce solutions and integrating with SaaS applications using MuleSoft.
- Leadership: Strong technical leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to guide teams and stakeholders.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Certifications: Relevant Salesforce and MuleSoft certifications are highly desirable.
