Working hours: Office hours (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Up to $3500
Key Responsibilities:
- Supports HRBP in partnering and supporting stakeholders and employees in a proactive and consultative approach on a full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, performance management, as well as talent management and development.
- Partner with HRBP in the delivery of key HR projects including policy and process reviews, employee engagement surveys, people development programs, change management plans, performance management and promotional exercises etc.
- First point of contact to provide professional advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures, employment legislation, recruitment processes, performance management, recruitment and rewards strategies.
- Support in manpower planning and projection of staff and work with Unit Management on manpower projections, budget and costings.
- Assist in staff performance appraisal, promotion, re/appointment exercises in the communication and collation of documents.
- Collaborate on job postings, and with panel recruitment agencies for all temporary hiring requests
- Liaise with People managers, Grant Administrators to ensure all contracts are timely renewed for staff contract renewals
Requirements:
- Diploma in any field preferred.
