Responsibilities
- Monitoring of availability for ATMs on all days. Monitoring and procuring stationary for ATMs.
- Monitoring Cash position of ATMs and Branches. Coordinating and Scheduling ATM replenishment for CISCO.
- Monitoring Reconciliation of ATM Cash and transactions done via SBI, Master Card and Visa.
- Arranging SGD cash from MAS on monthly basis for ATMs and Branches or when required (during festival season) and USD cash from UOB for Cecil Street branch when required.
- Monitoring of Communication room.
- Monitoring of Corporate accounts section.
- Coordinating with vendors and annual Renewal of agreement for service providers
- Iron Mountain for storage/destruction of Bank Documents.
- CGBO for Treasury Back Office.
- Checking recorded calls for Remittance team and Call center.
- Submission of Reports to MAS and IBG on Quarterly/Half yearly/ Yearly intervals.
- Supervision of Premises department.
Requirements
- Degree or equivalent, in Banking/Finance or any other relevant discipline.
- Min 3 year of relevant banking experience in similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial compliance and Regulatory requirements.
- Dynamic personality to work with the team and provide guidance to others.
- Good management skills and analytical mindset one who can effectively analyze situation and make decisions to address issues/problem.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to interact with all levels of staff and management.
- Sound knowledge of Microsoft applications: Excel/Word/PowerPoint
